Key Lime Pie

Kevin baked this pie for the teen Bible study group.  He got rave reviews!  I think it’s going to become one of his most requested pies.

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (can use fat-free)

3/4 c. egg substitute

1/2 c. fresh lime juice (about 5 limes)

2 tsp. grated lime (about 2 limes)

1 (6 oz) graham cracker crust (can use reduced-fat)

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip or Reddi wip (can use fat-free)

Pour first four ingredients into a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Pour mixture into pie crust.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.  Let pie cool completely, and top with whipped topping.
