Yellow Squash and Peppers

This is 100% healthy!

This is my version from Taste of Homes Simple and Delicious May/June 2007.

3 c. sliced yellow summer squash                                1/2 c. sliced onion

1/2 c. green bell peppers                                              1 Tbsp. olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Saute squash, onion, and pepper in olive oil until squash is lightly browned.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
