S’Mores Oatmeal

This was delicious. It tastes just like a s’mores, but it’s healthier because it’s got oatmeal in it. This is my version from “Hungry Girl to the Max” Cookbook. (Kevin)

1 c. old-fashioned oats 1 packet hot cocoa mix
1 c. Almond Breeze Milk 1 c. water
4 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 mini marshmallows
1 sheet honey graham cracker

Mix oats and cocoa mix. Stir in almond milk and water. Bring to a boil then reduce temperature and cook about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 Tbsp chocolate chips. Tranfer to 2 bowls. With remaining chocolate chips, sprinkle on top of both bowls. Add 6 marshmallows (or more) to each bowl. Crush 1/2 sheet of graham cracker per bowl. Enjoy!
