Best Banana Pudding

January 6, 2015

This is a great banana pudding.  If you know people who love banana pudding like we do, just whip this up into individual servings and you can easily share some with them.  We carried some to Kevin’s grandparents to share.  They really enjoyed it, plus they enjoyed the visit.  What a great way to show people you love them.  Too, you can make some without bananas for a delicious Vanilla Wafer Pudding for those who like the pudding but not the bananas!  Kevin’s brother Jace and his girlfriend Desiree loved it this way, without the bananas!  With individual servings you can easily make it two different ways!  This is Kevin’s version from Kenneth Strother’s recipe on  This recipe is brought to you today by Kevin’s Crew/Backers!

1 (5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 c. cold milk

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (16 oz) pkg vanilla wafers

4 bananas, sliced

20 (6 oz) bowls

Place two vanilla wafers in each bowl.  Add four slices of bananas on top of the wafers.  Pour one ice cream scoop sized serving of pudding on top of bananas.  Place 3 vanilla wafers on top of pudding.  Wrap individual servings and take to your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to enjoy!
