Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pork Chops

These are no ordinary pork chops!  These chops truly melted in our mouths.  Too, the flavors were surprisingly delicious!  After baking this, you will not want your pork chops cooked any other way!  Quick, easy, delicious!  What more is there to say?!  Kevin’s version of “Pork and Cabbage Dinner” from Fix It and Forget It Cookbook is brought to you by Kevin’s Backers/Crew!

4 pork chops

3/4 c. chopped onions

1/4 c. fresh parsley

2 c. Coleslaw mixture

1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

1/2 c. beef broth

Place 4 pork chops in a cast iron Dutch oven.  Layer onions, parsley, and coleslaw over pork.  Sprinkle caraway seeds over coleslaw.  Pour broth over slaw.  Cover and Cook in a 325 degree oven for 3 hours.  (If you make this in a crockpot, cook on low 5-6 hours.)  Serve with Caesar Green Beans and Cajun Potatoes.
