Crock Pot Caribbean Chicken Tacos

When you make Crock Pot Caribbean Chicken and Rice Dinner Bowls, be sure to make extra so you can have extra for these superb soft tacos.  Too, they are a much cheaper alternative to using chicken breasts.

Ingredients:

Left over Crock Pot Caribbean Chicken

corn or flour tortillas

plain Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)

freshly grated cheddar cheese

lime slices

cilantro

Heat tortillas.  Place meat on tortillas.  Top with Cheddar cheese, cilantro, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and lime slice.
